How to choose

Three things worth knowing before you buy hydration.

Drink little and often

Take a few sips every 15 minutes instead of a lot at once. On hot days you may need a full bottle every hour.

Bottle meets cage

Standard bottles fit standard cages. Small frames may need a compact 350 ml bottle or a side-entry cage.

Rinse after every ride

Warm water and a bottle brush after each ride keep the taste fresh. Leave the cap off so the bottle dries completely.
