Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Mainland France and across the European Union. Orders leave us within 1–3 business days; delivery then takes 2–4 business days in France and 3–8 business days elsewhere in the EU.
How much does delivery cost?
Mainland France: €6.90, free from €100.00. European Union: €14.90, free from €250.00. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you send the order.
How do I pay?
Send your order from the cart. We check stock and reply by email with a secure card payment link. Your order ships as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Tell us by email, send the item back unused in its original packaging, and we refund you within 14 days.

Which bike or frame size should I choose?
Send us your height and inseam, or the stack and reach of a bike you already ride. We reply with the size we recommend before your order is confirmed.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes French VAT at 20%.
